THE ART OF "AGING WELL"
Why Choose Aging Well Home CareAs our name suggests, we specialize in the "Art of Aging Well."
We define "aging well" as maintaining functional independence, taking part in the things you love, and caring for oneself to prevent injury and decline. Aging well is achieved through improving or maintaining physical and cognitive function. We do this through adequate sleep, proper nutrition (that includes a variety of vegetables, fruit, and whole-grains), and exercise. Hydration, regular eliminations, fresh air, and sunshine are additional wellness boosters. |
Home Health CareHome Health Care agencies provide medical, nursing, and physical and occupational therapy services.
They provide services for a short period of time determined by Medicare or the insurance carrier. |
In-Home CareIn-Home Health Care agencies like Aging Well Home Care provide non-medical services in the home, day and night.
We are a long-term care option and can stay on board as long as you want. |
